Need help, low threshold monero mining pool!

as the title shows, I need a pool to mine monero with a threshold preferable bellow .2. I’m not sure if this even exists, but that’s why I’m asking. Thank you in advance!

In order to mine Monero, you need to have a GPU or CPU, Monero account, and a miner. This project does not endorse any kind of software, hardware, or pool for the mining purposes. More importantly, Monero mining is totally based on the proof of work algorithm. Am I right?
