I was wondering if a bitcoin address is case sensitive?

May be dumb question but important still i think!

The probability that a mistyped address is accepted as being valid is 1 in 232, that is, approximately 1 in 4.29 billion.

 If true does that mean my btc would come back instead of going to the wrong person if i were to accidentally put 1 wrong case letter in?

If the software thinks the address you are sending to is validate address, then they wouldn't come back. Otherwise the software will not send it. Plus bitcoins is irreversible so they can never just go back for some magic reason unless that is where the owner wanted to send them.
