Do you have your blacklist?
« on: July 13, 2018, 12:07:20 PM »
Hey there!
Professional traders know that there is a very high degree of risk involved in trading securities. With respect to margin-based foreign exchange trading, off-exchange derivatives, and cryptocurrencies, there is considerable exposure to risk, including but not limited to, leverage, creditworthiness, limited regulatory protection and market volatility that may substantially affect the price, or liquidity of a currency or related instrument. Moreover, there are a lot of scammers who open broker company which prays on unsuspecting investors all over the world. To help traders financial regulators creates black lists with unregistered brokers. Do you have your black list?

There are many web resources including forums and chat rooms where professional traders can check out a particular broker before investing real money. I spent long hours surfing the Web and looking for any feedback about Cryptobitup (my current brokerage). I understand that you can hardly find a brokerage with only positive reviews, but it is a great possibility to examine the most important issues: money withdrawals, charges, trading tools, registration. Most scammers operate as money service businesses without appropriate licenses. Cryptobitup is regulated by the FMRRC and the National Bank of Georgia which guarantee safety of traders' investments!

In my opinion only the investment company that has a long positive track record for at least 4 years and above is worth considering. No need to bother the new ones. Let them prove to us that they here for legitimate business.

Nobody wants to get scammed. Unfortunately, there are many scammers in the field of money services.

I also want to add that selecting a broker also depends on where you are located, services available in your region, and trading style you are using. I know a lot of brokers who do not permit weekend trading of cryptocurrency CFD contracts. Cryptocurrency trading is very risky and new market providers are emerging each month. There are many brokers opened as scams, launching with clever marketing campaigns designed to prey on unsuspecting investors. Never hesitate to contact the broker with hard-hitting question. The answers may help to understand if broker has ever faced with different issues and how he can resolve the traders' problems.
