Help please someone!!!
« on: March 10, 2013, 02:52:12 AM »
Hi sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place but I need some help from some kind person!

I have/had about 55 BTC on my wallet and the motherboard on my laptop went! I have now got my hard drive in a USB cabby, I connected the hard drive to my friends laptop and opened my wallet from the hard drive and when the wallet opens its blank 0.00!! It also gave me a new address and was loading all the block chains from the beginning.

Is there any way of retrieving the BTCs from my hard drive?

Surely they are not stored only on the laptop itself??

Any answer would be greatly appreciated :)
