How did you get into bitcoin?
« on: February 04, 2012, 11:05:08 AM »
I was asking myself how did I get into bitcoin and I took a little to remember.
The very beginning was when I was about to buy a graphic card... I was googling it.

And you?

your ads here
It was the summer of 2010. My friend asked me to look for information about overlay networks.
I examined the source code of FreeNet, I2P, and so on. Finally I came across Bitcoin and I was
surprised that in the context of other systems Bitcoin is very weak and vulnerable. "So what's
special about it?" I thought. Then reading carefully I realized that it is something more than
just the overlay network. It is a cryptocurrency system that perhaps can change the world.

A friend of mine got me into it but now I spend more time trading

On 3 January 2009, the bitcoin network came into existence with Satoshi Nakamoto mining the genesis block of bitcoin (block number 0), which had a reward of 50 bitcoins. Embedded in the [censored] of this block was the text: ... In the early days, Nakamoto is estimated to have mined 1 million bitcoins.

I was quite fortunate.
In 2012, I purchased $100 worth of Bitcoin with the idea of using it to purchase something on the darknet markets. At the time, Bitcoin was $11/coin.
As the value of the assets increased, I decided to keep them. In 2014, I liquidated half of my BTC holdings and invested in a Vanguard index fund, as BTC was my first investment and I thought it was prudent to diversify.
The other half of those initial coins, which are now worth over $10,000, is still in my possession. I'm just holding on to them to see what happens because there's no way for me to lose at this point.
To the moon and back!

Heard about it a while ago, maybe about three or four years ago. Didn't really pay attention to it as I thought it'll disappear as quickly as it became popular. How I was mistaking!!! I mean I could probably be a billionaire by now. Well, whatever, at least now I'm getting into it and I can say it's a lot of fun. Learning new things is always great, especially the ones which can highly benefit you.

Bitcoin is one of the most trending digital currencies in the world and people are also interested in this digital currency and they also doing investments to make more money by mining. Nowadays students also visit this type of platform to collect information I'm also one of them and also got huge information to write my essay,  but every student doesn't like writing by themselves and also prefers the cheap essay writing service by professionals because most of the students haven't enough information due to the lack of research that's why they can't write an essay about the bitcoin.

I didn't really pay attention to Bitcoin before I start to work for a financial company. I started from a cryprocurrency exchange. It seemed a risky way, but I invested some money in Bitcoin. Now I am a trader.
I use EvBlock. It is crypto exange from Switzerland
