In the future, Bitcoin will not be utilized as proof of stake. Proof of work is critical to Bitcoin's fundamental use case of being a secure and trustless store of money that can be transferred without censorship.

I don't know about technical level. But Bitcoin is Bitcoin, why should we convert it to POS?
