What is your best Bitcoin Security practices?

From bitcoin.org:
Quote
Like in real life, your wallet must be secured. Bitcoin makes it possible to transfer value anywhere in a very easy way and it allows you to be in control of your money. Such great features also come with great security concerns. At the same time, Bitcoin can provide very high levels of security if used correctly.Always remember that it is your responsibility to adopt good practices in order to protect your money.

The best way to keep your bitcoin safe is to use keep it in a crypto wallet. It not only help you keep your bitcoin safe but also useful when doing crypto trading.

There are a lot of crypto wallets available in the market but I will suggest you go with ExoCrow, a digital currency wallet, and platform where merchants and consumers can transact with new digital currencies like bitcoin, ethereum, and litecoin.

I have personally used it and made a lot of money using it. the best part is that my cryptocurrency is safe in their wallet and I don't have to worry about its security.

Simple but accurate. What wallet(s) do you like to use, if you don't mind me asking?

I would advise the best Bitcoin purse is blockchain

Indeed, I was very pleasantly surprised with the security level in the blockchain site.  and the customer support they have is great as well.  Patient, assertive, and amicable!  totally in love.

However, IMHO I would also recommend metamask.  It is quite versatile.  Though there IS a problem, the google authenticator app does not work always with this wallet.  So I would use it to move currency to and from so that you do not go about with FIAT currency around.  such as CC or DC

Best security practice with bitcoin is storage in some kind of cold wallet, that is a wallet that is not connected to the internet. Beyond that a physical back up of the seed phrase stored in a safe place... the safest of places likely being a safety deposit box at a bank.

I think adding an extra layer of security while conducting business online is definitely going to help with keeping your wallet safe and that's what people need to do for keeping their digital footprints off grid. No footprints - no one can follow you.

Agreed. And only keeping coin on exchanges when trading. To transfer out of any exchange when storing long-term.

A paper wallet will not save you from theft during use. The keys can be intercepted. The payment address can be substituted. In any case, an hardware wallet is better.
