Is BTC-E aiming to fail?

Is https://btc-e.com making their biggest mistake to date? I believe removing Namecoin from https://btc-e.com is a mistake and will affect the user base as that is a popular exchange for that currency. I agree with 4D3H2's statemment, "have a little faith, keep your heads up and try to find ways to add more currency trading, not less." I also agree with Schwede_65 statement about that fact the trading of nmc is lowered is due to https://btc-e.com having Namecoin deposits and withdraws down for so many months, which lead nmc traders away...

Sounds like a bad business decision. It will open space to other exchange site.

Update

https://btc-e.com is no longer removing NMC/BTC and RUC/BTC trading from their website. I believe this is due to the large amounts of complaints they received from it's users about the removal.  I'm glad to see https://btc-e.com made the right choice and kept the currency pairs.
