An important cryptocurrency exchange in South Korea, YouBit, has been hacked for the second time in the year. The company announced that at 4:35 (South Korean Time), they have lost 17 percent of the total assets. Bitcoin lost more than $1,000 dollars in several exchanges in less that 3 hours.
