Originally I posted this on BitcoinTalk but they are buddies with the scammer and banned me to prevent getting this cleared. The admin there is theymos and he is censoring to cover this scammers tracks as they are friends.

After being scammed since 4/30/13 by Richard Vialoux, I have decided to start taking action. I went ahead started contacting the proper people to get mc_lovins website subject to shutdown as a scam site. An investigation has begun by one of the many agencies that this ordeal will be brought to the attention of. Today I will contact a few more agencies and tomorrow I should finish having all the investigations opened.

Since one of the investigations started I finally received an email response. The issue still has not been taken care of though. I responded to the email and have not received any replies.

Scammers Information:
Name: Richard Vialoux
Alias: mc_lovin
Email: info@coinurl.com

Spammers response:
"Okay seriously now? What is your problem?

I emailed you three times yesterday.  You send me an email like 2 weeks ago about missing funds, which is actually just the bid being lower nowadays than it used to be.  On CoinURL, if people aren't bidding very high, we don't magically give you more money than the bid."

Payments from 4-30 to 5-15 were zeroed out of my account and I was scammed for it.

He only emailed 2 times and I emailed him back and AGAIN HE NEVER RESPONDED I have be sending emails and pms to this guy and he has been ignoring them all. He then disabled the contact form to prevent communication.

Below shows how Richard Vialoux disabled the contact form once he started scamming. This was so I couldn't contact him anymore about my funds he stole and was ignoring me about. At first it did not give the email until I had an investigation started. Now he added the email there.

He finally paid me today after 20 days of trying to ignore me. It took an investigation which could lead to his website being shutdown to get him to finally respond though. 24 hours after them contacting him he sent my funds.

During this ordeal he ignored several of my emails and then disabled the contact form. Once the investigation started he posted his contact email on the website.
