Recent and previous data breaches in the digital space is the sole reason why we should do more in Data security, especially as regards to personal Data. In this exclusive interview with Techbullion, Bobby Joseph, the Director of Melissa, talks Data quality control, safety and ID verification. “Customer data is the lifeblood of any organization. Unfortunately, there are too many variables in how this data is obtained and stored and, without proper processes, it rapidly goes bad (up to 25% per year). This can happen for a variety of reasons – it may have been entered incorrectly, it may be outdated, or it may be unstructured and fragmented across multiple systems.”
