I'm looking for investor or partner in business or somebody who could invest/borrow of 12 BTC, that is not for an investment online/internet etc.. I'm starting with business which is crypto development, I'm buying flats/houses making flips/refurbishments etc and then rent/sell for cryptocurrency. In mean time and grow that business I would like to make our own coin ( web 3 ) to make it company much bigger and more profitable.  Most my projects are starting in Spain/Catalunya (Barcelona and surroundings). I did all necessary documents,  taxes numbers etc to make it clear for Spanish governments. Investment/loan will be secured. It is a profitable business at new rules and investment is much safer then investing in crypto.

* Monthly payment after first 3 months with an interest rate of 2.5%
* Monthly Amount: 1.6 BTC ( 9 months)
* Total amount to be repaid in 12 months: 14.4 BTC
