Where's the best place to point my CPU at?
« on: December 23, 2011, 11:00:53 AM »
I have one PC that gets 10MH/s on cpuminer, i have other PC's mining bitcoins that have GPU's so the 10mh/s isn't really noticed, Which altcoin would be best to start mining on?

I've got litecoin going but maybe i chose the wrong one?

Longer term I like litecoin best, but if all you are going for is a quick flip then you should use a mining calculator to see which one earns you the most.  newbielink:http://www.allchains.info/calc.html [nonactive]

I highly recommend using the coin profitability chart you can find at coinotron, he even breaks it out by type of CPU since each has different efficiency levels.
