This is a fantastic idea, I really suggest you start telling people about it and possibly give points to users who bring lots of active forum members. The number has to be pretty high because otherwise people will just make fake accounts, but if you gave say 1mbtc for every user referred who gets to 50 posts, that would probably be a middle ground.
