Forum Rules
Last update Dec-23-2013
Please abide by the following extremely reasonable rules if you intend to post in the forums.
No Spam:
Spamming and trolling is not allowed. This includes using the forum, email, visitor messages, picture comments and private message systems to spam other members.
No begging for donations:
This brings nothing of value to the community and in turn degrades the validity of what Bitcoin Forum aims to do.
Flaming:
Any material which constitutes defamation, harassment, or abuse is strictly prohibited. Use common sense while posting.
Offensive Content:
Material that is sexually or otherwise obscene, racist, or otherwise overly discriminatory is not permitted on these forums. This includes user pictures. Use common sense. We want to show this website to our mums.
Suspicious download links:
Remember, we strongly recommend that you never click suspicious links or download executable files. Also, keep in mind to keep yourself safe, never download anything that isn't from a known and trusted source. This is basic Internet security.
If you see a suspicious link posted on the forums or sent to you in a Private Message, report it!
Illegal Content:
Providing or asking for information on how to illegally obtain or provide software ("warez") or music is forbidden.
Cross-posting:
Posting a thread in more than one forum is annoying and thus not allowed. Just post it once in the correct place.
Signature Size:
To avoid annoyance, signatures should not be more than five lines of text or 100px height. If images are used in a signature, they should be smaller than 15KB.
Don't be a pain in the ass:
Or we'll add some really embarrassing music to your profile and email all your friends.
No, really…
Any penalties for the above rules are at the moderation team's discretion.
People have been banned from the site in the past for causing trouble in the forums.

I like your rules sir it's just a few, not too strict and straight to the point unlike other forums where you're time will be wasted by just reading their rules.
-
At what stage are you allowed to include a URL in your signature?

At what stage are you allowed to include a URL in your signature?
5 only.
-
Does 5 include being able to make a post including urls. I'm starting a bitcoin website and would like to get some feed back on thoughts from others on how to improve the site as well as help introduce people to bitcoin.

Forum Rules updated today.

I've read all your information that you shares in your article and I really love it. Thank you for sharing this post. I appreciate it.
-
Reasonable rules. Straightforward and upfront.
-
Since publication, several years have passed, and the crypto currency is still a good way to earn money for investors. It is difficult to talk about reliability, if you look at the constant fluctuations of the exchange rate, it is more like roulette. Nevertheless, if we consider that there are more and more large investors on the market, it can be regarded as a sign of reliability.
-
Any decent person should be able to adhere to those. Nice one!
-
It is the responsibility of all the members to follow the forum rules in order to make it a much better place of learning. Every forum gets popularity by the quality of the posts, so you need to poat relevant material all the time. Thanks! Stay blessed!
