When we talk about the Real Estate industry, there is no room for just random buy but it needs to be done through checking the facts and figures. One obvious way is through forecast and predictions to manage things right. I do just that rather smoothly with Philadelphia housing market predictions, it is something that helps one understand where things could go and that helps with making decision in a much more comfortable and confident way.

the real estate market is a rather profitable business, it is all interesting and promising, but this requires a lot of investment.

I wonder what the situation during the current crisis is.

It seems to me that the current crisis should somehow affect the real estate market, at least it affects the dollar and, accordingly, real estate should drop a little in price.

Yeah, wondering the same thing. Would the effects be similar across different areas or will the trend be different depending on how affluent a place is.

I myself would not mind such a forecast of events, but I think it is unlikely that real estate will become cheaper. As we can see, everything is just getting more expensive.

That is a good point, actually. Time will tell, I guess.
