BitQuick is trustworthy. I guess it is just misunderstanding. If you got your money back there is nothing wrong.

Did you get your wallet back?
If no, do you have any backup files? Something like wallet.aes.json?

No, it is not fully anonymous. Every transaction is public and you can trace it if know how.
And this sites looks like scam.
