Hi guys! I'm Gio and I am planning to buy bitcoin. Since this will be my first time, I am looking for tips and suggestions. What are the best things to consider before buying bitcoin?
It is a good time to buy Bitcoin. I do not whether you bought it earlier since this post was made some months ago. Buy and hold Bitcoin. As far as most experts are concerned, it would head towards the North this year.

Yes, they say do not put all your eggs in the same basket. It is wise to distribute things. In fact, for financial traders, it is extremely important that they diverse their investment. Thanks for this nice post.

It means you want to hold Bitcoin. Of course, you can do that and hold it for long to reach the point according to your expectation. There is enough space for Bitcoin to go towards the upside. Since Bitcoin is very volatile, so it is a wise decision not to trade it on a daily basis. Though, retail traders can make good money by day trading as well. I am wishing you all the very best.

I just read this:
http://www.finance-guy.net/finblog/how-will-you-spend-your-bitcoin/10/8/2014

Makes an interesting point.  If we buy stuff with BTC and the company just sells it for cash right away, it's probably not good for the BTC price.

What do you think?  Will shopping with BTC be good or bad for BTC?
I trade Bitcoin as a trader. Thus, every now and then, I make them cash and spend. Yes, I know Bitcoin is going to have more value, so I leave some portion of my profit as a part of my long time investment.

Ideas?
First of all, please do not run after making money quickly. There is no short cut. This is a highly volatile market. If you are in a hurry, you may find yourself in a terrible situation. Be patient and deal with the market accordingly.

I was asking myself how did I get into bitcoin and I took a little to remember.
The very beginning was when I was about to buy a graphic card... I was googling it.

And you?
I heard about Bitcoin from one of my friends. I was not interested about it back then. Then, I got into Forex trading, which made me interested about btc trading as well afterwards.

As far as Economics is concerned, the more we transact a currency/coin, the more value it gets. I assume if we spend BTC, some one is buying it. It means we are getting more transactions. It should increase the value of BTC at the end of the day.

I think every transaction helps Bitcoin grow. It is good for miners as well. I personally like to hold Bitcoin.
