Crypto mining in general terms is just a practice to verify blockchain transactions. In this operation on verification, every individual earns passively. The mining plant setup needs a ton of investment to get started with .... mainly for the GPU and other hardware ..

One biggest challenge here is to find out the legitimate sites for earning..

one tip from my side invest for the long run do not gamble in this volatile market. Always do your own research , invest only that amount which you can afford to loose.

A few rules to ensure you are not getting scammed.

1: If it sounds too good to be true IT IS.

2: If a person claims to have goods for sale, request that they post a picture of the goods with a piece of paper in the photo with their forum name hand written on it. If they cannot do this, they do not have the goods. DO NOT accept any excuse for them not being able to do this.

3: Do not fall into false claims in posts here that a website selling hardware is legit, especially when the post if from a new member with 1 post and has never posted since.

4: As a rule of thumb, if the seller has to post some long detailed story as to why they are selling an item for cheap, or at all for that matter, IT IS A SCAM.

5: When i doubt, Message me. although this forum is for the most part dead, i frequent here quite often, and check my messages daily. 95% of the time i will be able to tell you if something is a scam before you get ripped off. Also if you know what you want to buy, or what your budget is, i know of many documented legitimate sources for hardware that i have purchased from myself, or someone close to me has purchased from successfully.
