The Moderator membergroup is a special membergroup. Permissions and settings assigned to this group apply to moderators but only on the boards they moderate. Outside these boards they're just like any other member.

p.s.: The Moderator membergroup is not the same of the Global Moderator membergroup.

It's possible. As you may know, I never thought that our forum is just a job for me. And I never took payment for it. It's something more than the usual type of work. It's more like the task of national global importance. We're updating our society. There are many ways where to go. Some persons can turn it the wrong way.

In the Russian segment I would not recommend to take the person to whom you will not have to pay. For free will only work students and they are irresponsible. Unpaid work quickly bored - no responsibility. You can find a good moderator, but with payment. I might be the moderator of the Russian section.
