Bitcoin Security - A Continuous Challenge
« on: March 15, 2017, 05:39:01 PM »
According to different surveys, there will be around 50 billion internet connected devices by year 2020. It is a fact that security is not a capability but a continuous process. That means there will be a continuous threat to the BTC wallets with the ever growing IOT devices, especially when the devices are working on old classic protocols with known vulnerabilities.
To keep your BTC wallets secure make sure the internet connected devices you use for BTC transactions are not infected and obey the rule of "least privilege"  to the applications and processes running on those devices. This is just my personal opinion and one can differ with the approach.

Due to the fact that hacking and loss of bitcoins from purses, on the advice of a friend who also has Bitcoins, I created my wallet on APIBTC. Here full anonymity, and a security guarantee, works on different platforms and there is a support service 24/7
